The Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) is the peak representative body and advocacy group for the ICT industry in Australia. Since being established in 1978, it has been our mission to advocate, promote, represent and grow the ICT industry in Australia.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, with membership open to all organisations involved with the ICT industry in Australia.
We represent over 400 member organisations nationally, including global brands, international companies, national companies, and a large number of ICT SMEs. Our national board comprises representatives from hardware, software, and services companies and represents the diversity of our industry.
The AIIA is in the final stages of testing and migration to our new website and CRM systems later this month. During this period there will be some unavoidable inconvenience as we get ready for our great new systems which will provide a new platform for the AIIA.
Commencing today and during this final migration phase, some parts of the current website have been disabled to reduce data changes:
New memberships – new members cannot join online, however our Membership team would be happy to sign you up offline - please contact either Leighton Jenkins email@example.com or Samantha Vawser firstname.lastname@example.org
New contact profiles – this function will remain unavailable until the new system is released.
Update profiles – if you update your profile, the changes will not be visible in the new system. If you have an urgent change, please contact Debbie Davis on email@example.com or 02 6281 9400
National elections – if you need to change your Vote Holder information, please contact Glen Bortolin firstname.lastname@example.org
Event Registrations– There is no impact on Events Registrations during this period and you can continue to book for events as usual. If you do not already have a contact profile to book for member events or at member prices, please contact Debbie Davis on email@example.com or 02 6281 9400
Once the new system is live, we will email everyone on our database to advise how to log into the new system, update your profile and use the new services.
If you have any questions in relation to the Systems Project please contact Robyn Spencer firstname.lastname@example.org.
