I am on the AIIA NSW Committee. That enables me personally and also Thoughtworks as an organisation to get much greater access to the industry, to be able to influence it, to be able to network and understand what other players in the ICT industry are doing and to give back to the ICT community generally.

The events program also provides a great platform for us to network and to learn more about what’s going on in the industry. We’ve sponsored a number of events in NSW and that has provided a platform for us to credentialise ourselves with a number of new target audiences.

Overall we are very happy with our membership of the AIIA, it provides us with significant benefits, and we are hoping to continue our involvement and increase that involvement over time.
