Mike Wilson is a New Business Manager for CSC's Federal Government
space in Australia. A veteran of nearly twenty years working in the
Australian Public Service, Mike has worked in nearly every area of
Information Technology, including work in Defence and DIAC. Since
leaving the Public Service, Mike has worked in business development, as
well as working on the Australian Taxation Office ELIM program.

Phillip Williamson, CEO Intelledox, is a software entrepreneur with a gift
at spotting the next big thing. He saw immediately the global opportunities
for the idea that became Intelledox. He is obsessive about using
technology to meet the needs of clients and exceed their
expectations.Before he became the CEO of Intelledox, Mr Williamson
founded a bespoke software development company, DPM Consulting,
where he spearheaded the creation of leading learning management
software, Capabiliti, used by hundreds of thousands information workers
around the world. He has extensive experience in the IT industry in Hong
Kong and south-east Asia where he has helped some of the largest
companies in the world to improve their business processes through the
use of clever technology. Mr Williamson has a Bachelor of Science (Hons)
from the Australian National University.


Dean Lane is Business Services Manager for OBS. Dean has over 18 years
of experience gained both locally and internationally within the IT industry.
The past 9 years in particular have been focused on technical and business
consulting around SharePoint, .Net, BizTalk and related Microsoft technologies.

Consistently visible through Dean’s career has been a passion for business
process improvement and the positive impacts that companies may enjoy as a
consequence. In recent years this has been realized via design and implementation
of a myriad of workflow automation, Information Architecture and EDRMs solutions.

Exposure to clients in a variety of industry verticals provides a broad background of
experience to draw upon in delivering new solutions. Previous roles have included
responsibilities around technical hands on delivery as well as the management of
team delivered projects, including client relationship management, throughout the
entire SDLC.

Cancellation Policy

AIIA is pleased to provide full refunds for cancellations advised within 5 working days of the event. Cancellations after 5 working days but before 3 working days will receive 50% of total amount. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 3 working days of the event. You may substitute a colleague at any time if you are unable to attend. Please note that credit card payments will incur the following service charges as of 1 February 2009: 1.5% MasterCard/Visa and 3.5% American Express/Diners Club
