NSW Government Forum on

Customer Service Transformation

Friday 13th July, 9.00am – 11.30am, Sydney

As a follow-on to our very successful NSW ICT Government Forum held on 4th May 2012, the AIIA has organised for an early industry engagement forum to be held with NSW Government representatives, focused on Customer Service Transformation.

At this forum, Steve Griffin (Project Director Service NSW, Department of Premier & Cabinet) will outline for participants what their current thinking is within NSW Government on a move from a department-centric approach to a customer-centric approach to services.

This will include Steve presenting on the current proposed service delivery model and implementation plan.

Steve's presentation will be followed by presentations from the leaders of sub-projects within the Services NSW initiative, and then by an "open forum” panel discussion with senior representatives from Services NSW and NSW Procurement, mc'd by the Federal Government SME ICT Procurement Advocate, Don Easter.

*Please note due to restricted capacity, registration is limited to 3 registrations per company. Prompt action recommended.

AIIA Members: $30 +GST

Non Members: $60 +GST
