AIIA is excited to announce that the 2008 iAwards will be held in Melbourne as part of National Technology Week with the support of the Victorian Government’s Multimedia Victoria.

The ICT industry makes a significant contribution to Victoria’s gross state product but, more importantly, underpins productivity growth and many of the activities Victorians undertake in their daily lives.

Industries in Victoria are achieving higher growth and productivity through technological innovations provided by the ICT sector, and together AIIA and Multimedia Victoria are showcasing the importance of the ICT industry to the state’s economic prosperity.
