Influence and Leadership

Stakeholder Partnerships and Projects
  • NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation in development of NSW Innovation Agenda through facilitation of workshops and industry input to incorporate AIIA member input
  • Office of the Chief Scientist and the Australian Council of Deans of ICT (ACDICT) to improve alignment between the skills of ICT graduates and employer workforce expectations. This includes the establishment of an industry/university working group to drive actions identified by the groups.
  • With Communications Alliance, Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA), Australian Industry (Ai) Group, provided input into the Telecommunications Sector Security Reforms
  • With a major industry partner and universities, AIIA plans to establish a National STEM Centre of Excellence to provide leadership and pedagogy in STEM for principals
  • Industry Partner and Sponsor of the Young ICT Explorers program to promote and celebrate youth education in STEM and ICT
